experiences, and recognizing the participants ' performance
in defining the dialogue, its objectives in the coming
stage, especially in how to get out of the official
framework in which dialogue has been frozen, establishing a
rapport between cultures and peoples, promoting economic,
social and cultural ties between countries of South of the
Mediterranean and the European Union.

• How to get a residence in the Forum:
For sale: 700 Euros per meters (Size of areas 50-100 meters)
For rent:: 7 Euros/meter/month.
Lease for 25 years: 15 days yearly for 10000 Euros ( equivalent to 400 Euros a year).
